Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes
• Post and apply customer payments accurately
• Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections professionally
• Research and resolve billing issues and customer inquiries
• Prepare aging reports and support month-end close
• Collaborate closely with accounting, sales, and customer service teams

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience with ERP or accounting software
• Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers
• Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through

• Near Pittsburgh, PA
• Primarily onsite or hybrid depending on company needs
