Accounts Receivable Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for one of our customers located in Concord, California. This position is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have a skill set in accounting with strengths in accounts receivables and data entry 10 key. The role will be responsible for managing the daily workflow to ensure all check payments are scanned for deposit, use a specialty scanning device to scan checks daily to make an electronic file for the bank and apply customer payments. Organize, store, and securely dispose of customer payment documents, research and resolve any inquiries and customer payment discrepancies, and assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - Accounts Receivable Experience (Billing, Cash Applications, Collections) - Date Entry 10 Key experience required (accurate & efficient) - Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Outlook, & Excel) - Detailed, organized, and thorough - Excellent communications, outgoing, and good customer service skills - Team player, thoughtful, and cooperative - Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field would be a plus Experience: 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable experience (Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Billing Specialist) Employment Type: Temporary (6/7 months) If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !
