We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience in high-volume AP processing.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMatch purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (three-way match)Prepare and execute check runs and electronic paymentsReconcile vendor statements and research/resolve discrepanciesAssist with AP-related month-end close activitiesMaintain organized and compliant AP recordsSupport other accounting tasks as neededQualifications1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functionsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills for vendor and internal interactionsBenefitsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
