We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-perm opportunity with our healthcare organization. This position plays a key role in managing high-volume, multi-location payables and ensuring accurate financial processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in coding and batching invoices, proficiency in QuickBooks, and an interest in supporting our transition to NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Management: Review, code, and batch vendor invoices for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- High-Volume Processing: Handle a large volume of invoices daily while meeting strict deadlines.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, obtain missing documentation, and maintain positive relationships.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and other disbursements.
- System Transition Support: Assist with the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite, including testing, data validation, and process improvements.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile AP transactions, assist with month-end close, and generate AP reports for management.
- Compliance: Maintain adherence to internal controls and healthcare industry standards.
- Experience: 2-3 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks; exposure to NetSuite is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Healthcare experience preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
