The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities
- Process invoices utilizing three-way matching
- Perform weekly check runs and account reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies
- Set up new vendors
- Minimum of two years of full cycle, high volume accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency using accounting software/ERP (i.e. Great Plains, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) required
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills
- Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
- $25-28/hr.
