This temp-to-hire position plays an important role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments. Responsibilities
Process invoices with strong accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate with finance teammates to maintain steady invoice flow
Communicate promptly about delays, discrepancies, or workload constraints
Partner with internal staff and vendors to resolve invoice or payment questions
Assist with AP-related projects

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Comfortable working in any modern AP/accounting system
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and reliable follow-through
- Ability to accept and apply real-time feedback from leadership
- Strong communication skills and a habit of keeping supervisors informed
- Onsite opportunity
- 37.5 hour work week
- Flexibility on hours as long as starting between 7:30AM and 9AM
