Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume AP data entry and invoice processing, including three-way match with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Ensure invoices and purchase requisitions are coded properly and approvals are obtained.
- Research and resolve invoice issues and discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, credit card, checks).
- Monitor the shared AP inbox and maintain organized electronic filing.
- Assist with month-end reporting, accruals, and AP-related closing duties.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel aptitude (pivot tables).
- Strong accuracy, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
