This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills and experience in QuickBooks and Excel. The successful candidate will support various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Jobs in QuickBooks, including setup and maintenance. Prepare and process client billing invoices with accuracy and timeliness. Enter Accounts Payable (AP) invoices efficiently and ensure proper documentation. Generate, review, and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel to support decision-making. Assist with Sales Tax calculations and filings, ensuring compliance with regulations. Support Month-End Close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
