Pay Rate: $33.51/hour
Duration: 12 months

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to support the Controller in managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, process improvement initiatives, and audit support within a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes
- Collect and analyze accounting data to prepare and support journal entries
- Reconcile monthly general ledger balances for selected balance sheet accounts
- Perform GRNI (Goods Receipts Not Invoiced) reconciliations
- Assist in month-end close and preparation of the U.S. monthly financial reporting package
- Analyze financial results and provide detailed variance explanations for balance sheet accounts
- Partner with the Controller to identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors during annual audits and internal control testing
- Contribute to scalable process enhancements and overall financial efficiency
- 3 years of experience in general accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to structure and present data effectively
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Experience working with AI tools is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
