Vice President of Sales – Multifamily Construction
Location: In-office
Schedule: Full-time
I’m looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales to take the lead on driving growth within a fast-paced multifamily construction environment. This person will set the tone for the sales team, help build strong client partnerships, and keep things moving between departments to make sure projects are delivered smoothly and customers stay happy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the sales department, setting clear goals and holding the team accountable.
- Build and coach a high-performing team of sales leaders and account managers.
- Develop and roll out strategies that drive new business and hit revenue goals.
- Partner with executive leadership and operations to keep communication tight across all departments.
- Oversee sales processes, proposals, and presentations to make sure everything stays consistent and professional.
- Monitor performance metrics and find ways to improve results and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and builders to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of sales or operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Background in construction or multifamily projects is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to grow revenue, build teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Confident communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiar with CRMs and performance tracking tools to keep the team organized and on target.
Base Pay Range: $200,000-$250,000
Work Environment
This is an in-office leadership role with occasional travel to meet clients or attend team meetings. You’ll be part of an experienced executive group that works closely to support each department and ensure smooth project delivery.
