We are currently hiring a Journeyman Electrician for a construction project in Searcy, AR. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity based out of Little Rock, AR, working Monday through Saturday, with pay starting at $24.00/hour and temp-to-hire potential for dependable candidates. The Journeyman Electrician will perform electrical installation work on-site while working alongside two helpers assisting with daily tasks and project completion.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation and construction-related electrical work
- Read and follow project plans, layouts, and safety procedures
- Supervise and work alongside electrical helpers on-site
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently to support project timelines
Requirements
- Active Electrical License required
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
- Ability to work full-time day shifts Monday through Saturday
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
