We are hiring Assembly / Production Workers for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Corona, CA. In this role, you will support production operations by assembling, inspecting, trimming, packaging, and handling filter components while maintaining quality standards and following all safety procedures. Responsibilities
- Apply urethane to filter components using a dispensing gun.
- Load, position, and unload parts from an automated carousel system.
- Trim excess material using designated trim tools.
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects according to specifications.
- Assemble, package, and prepare products while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work at a consistent production pace.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
