The Lexus Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring a high-end luxury service experience.
Key Duties
- Greeting clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Interpret and relay technician diagnosing vehicle needs to the customer
- Providing accurate repair estimates
- Managing the service process to maintain high CSI scores.
- Sell maintenance services and manage warranties
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers promptly, listen to service concerns, and build rapport to encourage retention.
- Service Liaison: Translate customer concerns into clear, written repair instructions for technicians.
- Estimates & Sales: Generate detailed, accurate, and professional repair estimates (labor/parts) and recommend maintenance per Lexus specifications.
- Communication: Keep clients informed on vehicle status and any changes in repair times or costs.
- Scheduling: Manage service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Quality Control: Review completed work, explain repairs and charges to customers, and ensure vehicles are delivered clean.
- CSI Focus: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores, adhering to luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous service advisor experience, ideally in a luxury dealership environment (Lexus Experience Preferred)
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems to explain repairs effectively.
- Software: Proficiency with Dealer Daily, Xtime, & DealerTrack (DMS)
- Licensure: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation Range
$80,000 - $150,000
