✅Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and build strong relationships by understanding their vehicle needs.
- Write repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Review completed work and explain charges before closing out repair orders.
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
✅Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred (automotive background a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professional, customer-first attitude.
- Computer proficiency (experience with dealership management systems a plus).
