Job Title: Camp Volunteer
Overview: As a Summer Camp Volunteer, you will support the overall camp experience by assisting staff and campers where needed.
Responsibilities:
Camp Volunteers may be asked to assist in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:
Camper Assistance
Activity Support
Role Modeling
Team Collaboration
Safety Oversight
Peer Support
Communication
Learning and Development
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for working with children and contributing to a positive camp experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to follow instructions and learn from experienced camp staff.
Ability to work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and willingness to serve in various roles as needed.
Completion of all required training sessions and orientation.
Must meet age and eligibility requirements established by the camp.
Requirements:
Minimum 17 years of age
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (recommended)
Complete a CORI background check
Attend all training sessions
Pay: Not applicable (this is a volunteer and unpaid position)
