Nursing Supervisor

Lexington Center, the largest provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services in the Hudson Valley, is seeking a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor for our Opioid Treatment Program located in Monticello. The Nurse Supervisor will provide clinical oversight of nursing services and supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of nursing policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure safe, effective, and compliant care for clients. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Nurse Supervisor functions as a Registered Nurse, delivering direct clinical services and ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, New York State, and regulatory requirements, including OASAS and DEA standards.

Hours: 6am-2pm
