The Seattle, WA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage and General Liability Practice.
Lewis Brisbois is seeking a talented and motivated attorney with three (3) to seven (7) years of experience to join our General Liability Practice, with a focus on insurance coverage and liability defense. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants sophisticated work, meaningful responsibility, and the support of a nationally recognized litigation platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and drafting thoughtful, well-reasoned coverage opinions involving first-party property and general liability policies. Experience across all phases of litigation is expected, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and depositions. Exposure to arbitrations and trial work is a plus but not required.
While prior insurance law experience is preferred, we are equally interested in attorneys who demonstrate exceptional core legal skills, particularly legal research, writing, and analytical ability.
