Qualifications
We are currently seeking a 5th-6th year associate to join a busy Business Law Department in West Palm Beach, FL office. Candidates should have top-tier firm experience and superior academic credentials. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience with drafting and negotiating M&A, securities, venture capital and private equity transactions, along with general corporate experience. The candidates will be involved in representing companies in a broad range of business stages from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Candidates would have career growth potential and the opportunity to lead transactions. Excellent transactional skills are essential.
