ATTORNEY – COMMERCIAL LITIGATION & BANKRUPTCY
Location: South Florida | Primarily Remote
Position: Part-Time Independent Attorney with Potential for Full-Time
Compensation: Based on Experience
A South Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Florida-licensed attorney to join our practice on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of legal experience, with a background in commercial litigation and bankruptcy. The position will be primarily remote; however, candidates must be available to attend hearings, court appearances, and other proceedings as needed in Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County.
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience
- Experience in commercial/business litigation and bankruptcy
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Federal court and bankruptcy court experience preferred
- Ability to manage cases, priorities, and deadlines independently
- Strong communication and client-management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
- Ability to attend in-person hearings and court proceedings in Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties when necessary
Responsibilities
The attorney will assist with and manage commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, preparing for hearings, and appearing in court when required.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
