The knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position are acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate degree or two-year technical certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field and 3 years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations, technical project coordination, or systems implementation is required. Project management certification is preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

- Develops or updates technical documents, procedures, policies, training materials, and end-user documents;
- Supports the mission and direction established by the IT Board;
- Performs other duties as assigned.
