Job Summary: This is an excitingopportunity to implementLevine’s mission and fully support the school’s mission and policies, and will be specifically responsible for overseeing the operations, customer service, admissions, and recruitment activities for the campus. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned campus but will report directly to the Senior Manager of Campus Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limitedto):
Leadership
- Supervise and manage campusstaff and administrative functions primarily at the assigned Campus
- Coordinate the on-boarding and training process for new operations staff hires
- Ensure dissemination of key organizational information among headquarters/regional office and campus staff, school constituents
- Assist the Senior Manager of Campus Operations in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures manual as well as a coordinator handbook
- Develop and instill strongcampus culture among staff, faculty,parents and community
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Campus Operations & other campus managers on project management and long-run strategy implementation
- Work with the Performance Team to develop, schedule, and staff performances, master classes, and special events.
Student Services
- Assist Students Services with Booking, Enrollment, and Attendance Processes
- Attend Student Services meetings/trainings, and present a monthly report to the operations management team
- Speak knowledgeably and effectively about classes and programs to prospective students
- Support the school’s registration office and bursar,upon request, in ensuring all
students are properly enrolledand in the collection of overduetuition
Facilities & Campus Maintenance
- Assist the Senior Manager of Campus Operations with the maintenance and upkeep of the assigned campus
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted vendors and partners that service the assigned campus
- Develop and maintain an annual campus maintenance schedule/log
- Develop and maintain a campus equipment/supplies inventory list
- Develop and maintain a list of the campus’s specific contracts and lease agreements
Scheduling & Rentals
- Oversee the scheduling and booking of all lessons, events, and rentals at assigned campus
- Serve as the primary point of contact for rental inquiries at assigned campus
- Provide a monthly report on campus specific rental activity
- Assist the Senior Manager of Campus Operations in the promotion and utilization of Levine’s rental spaces
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a nonprofit, educational, arts, or customer-facing environment—or equivalent experience as a student in higher education
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with registration or scheduling software (such as ActiveNet) is a plus
- The ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- CPR Certification preferred
Salary: $50,000.00
