Loaner Car Advisor- BMW of Silver Spring

Job Description

BMW of Silver Spring is immediately hiring a customer-focused Loaner Advisor to support our Service Department and deliver a premium customer experience. This role is responsible for managing the courtesy loaner process, assisting customers, scheduling appointments, and performing cashiering duties.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm

Saturday – Revolving 8:00am to 3:00pm

Essential Duties

• Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Greet customers and verify loaner reservations and agreements
• Manage the courtesy loaner vehicle process from check-out to return
• Communicate with customers regarding loaner availability and questions
• Assign vehicles, inspect conditions, and assist with fleet management

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to read and interpret procedural and safety documents
• Basic proficiency with MS Office, computers, internet use, and general math
