What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and activations
- Recruit, train, and support event staff and volunteers
- Coordinate event logistics, setup, operations, and breakdown
- Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities within the community
- Track event performance and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, promotions, or community engagement
- Comfortable speaking with customers, partners, and large groups
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Creative problem solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
