We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Associate to join our growing team in Cincinnati. This is a fully in-person role focused on executing marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition in retail and event-based environments.
In this position, you’ll combine direct marketing strategies with consultative sales techniques to build brand awareness, generate new business, and expand existing customer relationships. You’ll receive hands-on training in sales execution, marketing strategy, and client relations - with a structured path toward leadership and management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-person marketing campaigns in retail and event settings to generate new customer acquisitions.
- Present the client's products and services clearly and confidently to prospective customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions through consultative sales conversations.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion strategies.
- Track performance metrics and adjust marketing and sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with leadership to consistently meet and exceed sales and marketing goals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development focused on leadership and team management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
