We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and deliver exceptional pre- and post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Assist during orthopedic procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient safety and clinical efficiency.
- Provide post-operative care: wound management, recovery monitoring, and follow-up assessments.
- Perform joint injections, aspirations, and other in-office orthopedic procedures.
- Educate patients and families about orthopedic conditions, recovery, and treatment options.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRIs, labs) to support accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
- Support administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, coordination, documentation).
Qualifications
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in Connecticut and/or New York (required).
- 2 years of experience in Orthopedics preferred — new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff.
- Willingness to travel between Danbury, CT and nearby NY locations (Mt. Kisco, Carmel, Fishkill, Newburgh).
