What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Preparation/ Driver position at Lessing's Food Service Management?
Position: Food Service Prep/Delivery Driver
Location: St. John the Baptist High School (West Islip, NY)
Schedule: Hours of operation are seven days a week, with two days off. Hours may vary.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Support delivery of prepared items to an off-site location
-Prepare and assemble food items according to menu or specialty items
-Store food appropriately while following all food handling and food safety procedures
-Setup and breakdown all work stations as needed
-Provide remarkable customer service to all guests and patrons
-Replenish supplies as needed and notify a manager if we are running low on inventory
-Ensure remarkable hospitality is delivered to each and every guest
-Assist team members at other stations if needed

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
