Business Analytics and Strategy Manager Job Description: Work directly with the Customer Support and Training (CS&T) leadership team and partners across the organization to help drive critical strategic and operational initiatives. Lead strategic analytics projects through development of new investment business cases, monthly Variance and Financial Profitability Analysis, monitor/ follow-up Request for Spend and Investment. Responsible for submission of CS&T financial budget and targets. Maintain CS&T Key Performance Indicators to ensure timely and appropriate measurement of performance and provide guidance on improvement. Work closely with CS&T leadership to Identify, formalize and report monthly financials, forecasts and relevant KPIs. Responsible for development of business plans, ROI and profitability analysis and for the issuance and monitoring / follow-up activities of Requests for Spend and Investment. Analyze CS&T's financial and operational performance, develop of manpower requirement reports, identify of strengths/weaknesses, recommend improvements and provide support for strategic decision making. Coordinate all activities related to budget elaboration and monitoring for CS&T. Ensure liaison with worldwide CS&T governance organization in projects such as monthly financial variance reporting, monthly KPIs reporting, job skill HR Parameters matrix maintenance and reporting financial budget. Domestic and international travel required up to 10% of the time.
Job Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance or related field and one (1) year of experience with financial analysis and/or business analytics; one (1) year of experience with program profitability control; and one (1) year of experience with advanced Excel, including pivot tables and macros. References required.
