- Cover assigned territory of approximately 1 to 2 hour radius from your home
- Perform general maintenance, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, painting, tile work, drywall patching & repair, cabinets counters, door locks
- Communicate with support team via phone app to respond to work orders and IVR check-in
- Utilize trouble-shooting skills to determine necessary repair(s)
- Prepare job scope-of-work to include time estimates and material requirements for the account management team
- Participate in on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends; one week out of every 4 to 6 weeks
- 2 years commercial maintenance experience in commercial, hotel, multi-family, etc settings
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Comfortable with driving to multiple locations throughout a shift
- Flexible availability that can include overtime, evenings, weekends, on-call rotation
- Ability to pass a background check, 4-panel drug screen (THC waived), and MVR check
- Stand, walk, sit, kneel, and walk up/down stairs on a regular basis; climb up and down ladders up to 35 feet high repeatedly on a shift
- Work from various heights via platforms, scaffolds, ladders or man-lifts
- Bend and stretch, lift and move heavy objects (50-60 lbs) many times across a shift
- Operate, maintain, and work close proximity to various power equipment, including but not limited to, forklifts, man-lifts, excavators, drills, saws, hydraulic tools and automatic machinery
