Job Summary
The Learning & Development Sr. Analyst plays a crucial role in the strategic planning and analysis of an organization's training and development programs through data analytics to assess the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and to inform decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Training and Development
- Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
- Identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Implement eLearning and other technology based learning tools
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps
- Create career development plans for employees
- Implement performance management processes
- Assist with succession planning and talent reviews
- Develop and facilitate leadership development programs
- Identify high potential employees and create development plans for them
- Coach and mentor leaders to enhance their skills and effectiveness
- Partner with HR and business leaders to create a strong leadership pipeline
- Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans
- Train employees on how to adapt to change and manage their emotions
- Monitor and assess the success of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage learning technology platforms and ensure they are up to date
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to employees
- Research and recommend new learning technology tools to enhance training and development efforts
- Train employees on how to use learning technology effectively
- Gather and analyze data to measure the impact of training and development programs
- Create reports and dashboards to track key learning and development metrics
- Make data driven recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Communicate results and insights to leadership and relevant stakeholders.

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Previous experience in L&D consulting, program management, and evaluation and measurement is often expected.
- Experience with learning management systems and supporting training requirements according to local legislation, standard operating procedures, or corporate policies is beneficial.
- A background in analyzing operations and/or customer service environments and applying analysis to HR and business outcomes is valuable.
- Strong project management skills for moderate scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to visualize results of analyses in the form of graphs, charts, tables, and scorecards.
- Expertise in consulting to HR Operations and business leaders to develop appropriate analyses, metrics, and research.
