What's the Job?
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across different countries and time zones.
- Facilitate pre-hire processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage recruitment processes using project management tools to streamline workflows.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to enhance recruiting operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
- Experience in high-volume environments with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems (e.g., Oracle).
- Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com.
