Position Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our staff are well-supported, well-trained, and compliant with all state and federal requirements. This role oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with caregivers, office staff, and leadership to build a positive workplace culture while helping us maintain regulatory excellence.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Write and update job descriptions
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and verify caregiver qualifications
- Manage new hire paperwork and onboarding tasks
- Complete background checks, I-9 forms, and reference verifications
- Coordinate initial training and orientation
HR Compliance & Employee Support
- Maintain accurate employee files and audit for compliance
- Send and track monthly in-services and certifications
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed across locations
- Address employee concerns with professionalism and care
- Coordinate incentives and bonuses (referrals, reviews, etc.)
Qualifications
- 1 year of HR or healthcare administration experience (senior care preferred)
- Knowledge of state and federal HR regulations (I-9, labor laws, background checks)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy and familiar with HR software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools

Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Core Hours)
- Occasional on-call, weekend, or holiday availability as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
