- Lead and manage weekly business reviews and governance processes.
- Develop systems and frameworks to automate governance meetings and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, including speaker notes for leadership.
- Build compelling narratives and storytelling for strategic updates and all-hands meetings.
- Create and maintain all-hands decks and other business-critical materials.
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks ("odds and ends") to ensure smooth business operations.
- Leverage AI tools to automate business review updates and reporting.
- Proactively gather updates from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Partner closely with leadership (VP and above) to make their roles more effective. - Proven experience supporting senior executives (VP level and above).
- Strong EQ and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience in governance, business operations, and program management.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools is a plus.
