- Develop materials, devices, and methods to meet cost and performance objectives.
- Summarize experimental results and conclusions through written reports and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams during development and validation phases.
- B.S. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Previous experience with chromatography systems is a plus.
- Hands-on problem solver, comfortable with modern laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical results clearly
