Position Overview

As our in-house Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions across our organization. From sourcing and screening to onboarding, you’ll play a key role in helping Lend a Hand attract and retain compassionate and skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for roles across the organization, especially Direct Support Professionals and Personal Care Support staff
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and fulfill hiring needs
• Post engaging job ads across multiple platforms (really, social media, community boards, etc.)
• Proactively source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community outreach
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person/virtual interviews
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system
• Represent Lend a Hand at job fairs and networking events
• Assist with onboarding, background checks, and compliance paperwork
• Ensure all recruiting practices meet state, federal, and internal policy standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of prior administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or home health settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of caregiver credentialing, compliance, and background check procedures a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
