The Bright Path Center (BPC) at Lenape Valley Foundation is excited to introduce a newly created Nurse Manager position designed to strengthen and unify nursing leadership across our Withdrawal Management (ASAM 3.7), Crisis Residential, and Walk-In/Emergency Crisis programs.
This is a hands-on clinical leadership role that blends direct patient care with operational oversight. The Nurse Manager will play a key role in shaping nursing operations as programs continue to grow, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and trauma‑informed care. This role requires flexibility to work in both our Doylestown and Bristol, PA locations.

What You Bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

3-5 Years of nursing experience, with required experience in one or more of the following:
- Behavioral Health
- Detox/Withdrawal Management
- Emergency or crisis services
- Inpatient Settings
- Prior leadership or supervisor experience strongly preferred
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
Your Role
In this role, you’ll act as the clinical anchor for nursing operations, ensuring teams are supported, services run smoothly, and patients receive safe, responsive care across multiple crisis settings. You’ll spend time on the floor, in collaboration with providers, and with staff, balancing oversight with approachability in environments where calm leadership matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and day‑to‑day supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Psychiatric Technicians
- Support nursing services across ASAM 3.7 Withdrawal Management, Crisis Residential, and Walk‑In/Emergency Crisis programs
- Maintain an on‑unit presence to support staff during high‑acuity shifts, complex cases, and urgent clinical situations
- Coordinate staffing coverage and support clear shift communication to ensure safe, consistent care delivery
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams on assessments, treatment planning, and care transitions
- Participate in direct patient care as needed, including assessments, withdrawal monitoring, medication administration, and crisis intervention
- Reinforce trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented nursing practices across all programs
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, medication standards, documentation expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Work flexibly between Bright Path Center’s Doylestown and Bristol, PA locations based on program and staffing needs
