Senior Supply Chain Data & BI Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Data & BI Analyst to serve as the primary analytics and performance visibility partner for our Supply Chain organization. This highly impactful role supports Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Product Portfolio teams by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable smarter operational and executive decision‑making.

As a trusted analytics leader, you will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, own standardized KPI frameworks, and champion data accuracy, automation, and AI‑assisted analytics tools. This role is ideal for a data professional who thrives at the intersection of business operations, analytics, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports
• Own Supply Chain and Supplier Scorecards with standardized KPIs
• Analyze ERP and supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Partner with IT on data pipelines, system configuration, and reporting improvements
• Enforce data standards and lead validation and audit efforts
• Implement automation and AI‑assisted analytics to improve efficiency

What you bring:

• 4–6 years of supply chain analytics experience preferred
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs
• Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, complex formulas, automation)
• ERP experience (Microsoft D365 preferred)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a strong business‑first mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor insights to executive and operational audiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
