We are hiring Tires Associates to support our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking full‑time work. The Tires Associates are responsible for all tire-specific receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and packing functions within the distribution center. This position requires advanced physical capability, high accuracy, mastery of safety practices, and a strong understanding of distribution processes. Tires Associates operate independently with minimal supervision, troubleshoot minor workflow issues, maintain strong productivity and accuracy standards, and play a key role in maintaining departmental flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads tire trucks, verifying quantities against delivery receipts and reports irregularities
• Prepares and labels tires according to company standards
• Stocks tires in designated racks using proper rotation and storage methods
• Picks tires accurately based on documentation, ensuring SKU and quality accuracy
• Packs tires according to company guidelines, ensuring safe and compliant transport
• Supports reporting, quality checks, and departmental workflow coordination
• Demonstrates reliability and adheres to all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Operates distribution equipment safely when certified (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
• Follows SOPs consistently within assigned work areas and seeks clarification when needed
• Works collaboratively with team members and communicates effectively
• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

• Excellent attention to detail: Demonstrable ability to perform thorough and accurate tasks. Ensures accuracy while achieving consistent and precise work product.
• Good verbal and written communication: Demonstrates the ability to be concise, articulate, and adapt the communication style to a specific audience with materials that are well-written and easy to understand.
• Excellent organization skills: Ability to prioritize and shift between multiple tasks utilizing resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish set goals.

Specialized Skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Good ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues
• Excellent ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience)
• 0–2 years of warehouse/distribution for physically demanding role
• Must be available for the full seasonal assignment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment

Physical Requirements

• Frequently must be able to lift 65 pounds
• Frequently must be able to stand/walk for 7 hours a day
• Frequently must be able to reach a minimum height of 5 feet
• Occasionally must be able to move inside the warehouse while carrying product
• Frequently must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
• Frequently must be able to read from a screen
• Occasionally must be able to ascend/descend ladders and stairs
• Frequently must be able to hold a 2-pound handheld device
• Frequently must be able to push 65 pounds
