LeMans Corporation is looking for a Procurement Support Manager to lead and develop our Procurement Support team and ensure the effective execution of daily procurement operations. This role focuses on people leadership, workflow management, and continuous improvement, driving accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency across procurement support activities.


This is a hands-on leadership role that partners closely with procurement leadership, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage operational projects, and reinforce consistent, compliant procurement processes.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement Support team to ensure strong execution and service levels
  • Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Prioritize and balance workloads based on business needs and team capacity
  • Monitor productivity and workflows, addressing bottlenecks and improving day-to-day execution
  • Oversee core procurement support activities, including purchase orders, pricing maintenance, vendor returns, and inventory discrepancy resolution
  • Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve operational issues and maintain continuity
  • Support import and broker-related administrative processes and documentation
  • Ensure process consistency, procedural documentation, and policy compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service
  • Support and coordinate small to mid-sized operational projects
  • Serve as an escalation point and backup for key support functions
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 4–6 years in procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain support, or related functions
  • 0–2 years of experience leading or supervising employees
  • Strong people leadership and coaching capability
  • Continuous improvement and project management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
