We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence within our warehouse and logistics environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and returns
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and warehouse associates
- Drive performance through KPIs focused on efficiency, accuracy, safety, and service levels
- Champion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Implement Lean methodologies to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and material handling to increase throughput and control costs
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Oversee labor planning, staffing, budgets, and equipment maintenance
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams
- Build strong vendor and carrier relationships
- Promote employee engagement through recognition, communication, and alignment with company values
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center management
- Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and waste reduction
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- OSHA certification or safety training (preferred)
