We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, 3PL Client Partnerships to lead the growth and development of our third-party logistics (3PL) services for external powersports companies. This role will serve as the primary connection between clients and internal teams, driving successful partnerships, operational excellence, and profitable growth.
What You'll Do
- Help develop and execute the strategic roadmap for launching and expanding the company's 3PL service offerings for powersports companies.
- Serve as the primary business and operational contact for prospective and active 3PL clients.
- Partner with Sales and senior leadership to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and communicate the company's distribution and fulfillment capabilities.
- Translate client requirements into scalable logistics and fulfillment solutions.
- Support solution design, pricing, proposals, contracts, service level agreements, and implementation plans.
- Lead new-client onboarding and implementation projects across multiple business functions.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, service performance, issue resolution, forecasting, and business reviews.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify and lead process, technology, automation, and productivity improvements that strengthen the 3PL value proposition and create scalable operating standards.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Provide business updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, customer service operations, or a related field.
- Experience working for a 3PL provider or launching and managing outsourced logistics solutions for external clients.
- Demonstrated experience managing customer or client relationships in a distribution, logistics, fulfillment, account-management, or service environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting logistics solution design, pricing, contracts, client implementations, facility startups, or network transitions.
- Experience in the motorcycle, powersports, automotive aftermarket, or enthusiast-products industry.
- Travel required 50%.
