Senior Supply Base Analyst

We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Supply Base Analyst to help drive supplier performance, sourcing strategy, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience across our global supplier network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our supply base supports business growth, product innovation, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and service
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Lead corrective action plans and supplier improvement initiatives
• Support strategic sourcing activities and identify cost reduction opportunities
• Conduct cost breakdowns, should-cost analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations
• Assess and mitigate supply base risks, including operational, financial, and geopolitical risks
• Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams during new product introductions
• Support supplier selection, negotiations, contract execution, and long-term sourcing strategies
• Drive supplier readiness for new product launches and platform changes
• Monitor raw material markets, industry trends, and global supply chain developments
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve manufacturability, quality, innovation, and performance
• Support capacity planning and resolve supplier-related bottlenecks impacting operations
• Lead strategic supply base analysis projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor within the supply base analytics function
• Develop tools, reports, and processes that improve data integrity, reporting efficiency, and supplier visibility

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or manufacturing environments
• 4–6 years of experience with cost analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supplier and procurement data
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis
• Experience evaluating supplier performance, sourcing strategies, and supply chain risks
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supplier development practices
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred
• Apparel, clothing, or consumer products industry experience is a plus
