CDL A Truck Driver
Weekly Pay $1,350–$1,600 | 10–14 Days Out | OTR | No-Touch Freight
Location: Macon, GA 31201
This CDL A driving position provides consistent freight, dependable home time, and well-maintained equipment for drivers looking for long-term stability. The operation runs dry van freight on scheduled lanes so drivers know what to expect each week instead of being sent to random locations. This position is with LEM Trucking and offers steady miles with predictable time off.
Freight is dry van and 100% no touch. Around 70% of loads are drop and hook, helping drivers avoid long waits at shippers. Most runs stay east of I-35 and include a high volume of automotive freight. Drivers normally average 2,500–2,800 miles per week, with the opportunity to run more depending on hours available.
Equipment includes newer Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner tractors that are maintained on a routine service schedule. Trucks come with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm communication systems. Drivers can take the truck home as long as safe parking is available, or park at approved company locations when needed.
Weekly pay ranges from $1,350–$1,600 based on miles and experience. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan. Orientation lasts three days in Arkansas with transportation, meals, and onboarding pay provided.
