Run consistent freight with equipment that’s built for long-haul comfort and reliability. Drivers in this position operate newer Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner trucks that are kept on a strict maintenance schedule to minimize downtime. Each unit includes a power inverter, refrigerator, and Qualcomm system, allowing drivers to stay comfortable and connected while on the road. This position is hired by LEM Trucking.

Freight moves steadily through established lanes east of I-35, with dry van loads that are 100% no-touch. Around 70% of shipments are drop and hook, reducing time spent waiting at docks and keeping drivers rolling. The freight mix is largely automotive, creating a consistent flow of miles without frequent route changes or unpredictable dispatch patterns.

Drivers typically stay out 7–10 days at a time, allowing them to build solid weekly mileage before returning home. This schedule is structured to balance earning potential with regular time off, giving drivers a routine they can plan around instead of constantly shifting dispatch cycles.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,350–$1,600 depending on miles and experience, with most drivers averaging between 2,500 and 2,800 miles per week. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k program. Paid orientation takes place in Arkansas and includes transportation, meals, and onboarding pay.

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, be 21 years of age or older, meet DOT requirements, and pass background and drug screening.
