CDL A Truck Driver

Drivers in this role operate late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors with automatic transmissions, supported by a maintenance program designed to keep trucks running and reduce downtime. Equipment is assigned to keep drivers moving efficiently throughout the week.
This account runs dedicated freight with repeat delivery locations and a structured route setup. Drivers unload freight at each stop, and the workload remains consistent with scheduled deliveries. Routes are planned to keep drivers within a regional operating area while maintaining steady miles.
Drivers are home weekly, providing a predictable break between runs. The schedule stays consistent, allowing drivers to plan their time off without unexpected changes.
Weekly pay ranges from $1,800–$2,000 based on miles and experience. Drivers receive detention and layover pay when applicable, along with paid orientation. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid vacation. A rider program is available after 30 days for qualified drivers.

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience with trailers 40 ft or longer, must meet DOT requirements, be at least 21 years old, and pass background and drug screening.
