- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for program documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Assist with preparation and submission of federal and state reports.
- Track deadlines for grant applications, monitoring visits, and audits.
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures and program activities.
- ð??¬ Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, parents, and community partners regarding federal programs.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Disseminate information about program requirements and updates.
- Data Management
- Input and maintain program data in district and state systems.
- Generate reports for administrators and stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
- Support to Schools
- Assist principals and teachers with documentation required for Title I and other federal programs.
- Provide clerical support for parent involvement activities.
- Help organize program-related events and initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in education or government programs.
- Knowledge of federal education programs (e.g., Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, IDEA) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
