Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
