Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet quality standards
• Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately
• Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
