What You'll Do
- Build genuine relationships with customers on the floor, online, and over the phone
- Guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase experience from first hello to final handshake
- Stay sharp on Ford's product lineup, current incentives, and what's moving on our lot
- Use our CRM tools to follow up, stay organized, and grow your personal book of business
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with the support of a coaching-focused management team
- Become the kind of salesperson people send their family and friends to
