THE JOB

Yes, we sell cars.

But that's not really the job.

The job is helping someone make a pretty big decision without making the process miserable.

One customer may need a Super Duty for their business.

The next may be buying their teenager's first vehicle.

Someone else has researched 47 trucks online, knows every price within 200 miles, and just wants someone to give them a straight answer.

Your job is to meet people where they are, figure out what matters to them, and make buying a vehicle surprisingly easy.

That's what we mean when we say:

WHAT GREAT PEOPLE HERE ACTUALLY DO

You'll work customers in person, by phone, text, email, video and online.

You'll network and build a business pipeline - not just rely on who comes through the doors alone. 

You'll learn our vehicles well enough to be useful—not just recite a brochure.

You'll follow up when you say you're going to follow up.

You'll use our CRM instead of pretending your memory is a CRM.

You'll make videos.

You'll ask questions.

You'll set appointments.

You'll take test drives.

You'll negotiate.

You'll ask for the sale.

You'll take care of your customer after the sale so the next time they need a vehicle, they're calling you instead of searching Google.

And you'll build a book of business that becomes more valuable every year you stay in the industry.
