Position: Caregiver - 1900R
Starting Wage: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-8:30pm
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon

I am looking for a caregiver who can be a steady, long-term part of my life. Frequent changes are challenging for me, so I need someone who is patient, consistent, and truly committed to staying.
I benefit most from a caregiver who has experience supporting individuals with high behaviors and who understands how to respond calmly, safely, and with empathy. Having someone who can provide structure, predictability, and emotional regulation support helps me feel secure and successful throughout the day.
I enjoy string or shoelaces, Magna-Tiles, my dollhouse, painting, puzzles, and drawing, these activities help me feel calm and grounded. My family is very important to me, and anyone who supports me becomes a meaningful part of my world.
Above all, I am looking for someone dependable and understanding, someone who will show up consistently, build trust with me over time, and support me with care, patience, and respect.

🌻 Who We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Driver’s license and insurance for some roles

- Supporting Daily Living - From helping with meals, bathing, or getting ready for the day, you’ll provide care that helps members feel confident and comfortable.
- Encouraging Independence - Join members on walks, shopping trips, or community outings, helping them connect with the world around them.
- Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking, managing money, and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
- Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans, offer medication reminders, and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
