Branch Manager

About the Role:

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of a financial branch to ensure exceptional service delivery and achievement of business goals. This role focuses on driving branch sales growth by cultivating a strong sales culture and implementing effective outbound calling strategies to engage both existing and prospective clients. The Branch Manager will manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. A key aspect of the role involves managing the loan portfolio, including commercial loans, to ensure sound credit practices and portfolio growth aligned with the credit union’s objectives. Ultimately, the Branch Manager will execute business strategies that enhance the branch’s market presence and profitability while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within a financial institution.
• Proven track record in sales management and developing a sales-driven culture.
• Experience managing commercial loan portfolios and understanding credit union operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Branch Manager (CBM) or similar.
• Experience working within a credit union environment.
• Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales and relationship management.
• Familiarity with advanced business strategy development and execution.
